Should a client be dissatisfied with the service, quantity or quality of food; we will address the concerns of the client and ensure that a measured approach is taken to compensate the client to ensure a positive outcome.
We understand that mishaps, unfortunately, can sometimes occur – if the error is due to an oversight on our behalf or you are unhappy with the product please contact us immediately upon receiving your order and our delivery personnel will visit to collect the incorrect products. The product must be in the same condition that you received them, and a refund will be provided for the affected products. Items that have been consumed may be eligible for a partial refund.
Due to the fluctuating cost of seafood in general, Peter's Seafood reserves the right to vary prices WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.
Please be aware that online pricing might be different to in-store pricing.
Please ensure that you are home to receive your order. If no one is home, our driver will leave your delivery at your doorstep or in a safe place. Your order will always be packed with ice/gel packs, and our temperature-controlled packaging will keep your seafood cold for up to 3 hours.
FRESH PRODUCT CLAIMS
Our products are fresh and frozen seafood products. Any complaint entitling you a replacement or refund should be identified IMMEDIATELY. Claims made after 24 hours will not be taken into account.
Product MUST be returned for full store credit or refund.
FROZEN PRODUCT CLAIMS
Frozen goods must be returned with the original packaging for full store credit or refund.
