Poulos Bros Seafoods acquires Peter's Fish Market

Poulos Bros Seafoods Pty Ltd has now acquired Peter's Fish Market at the Sydney Fish Markets from Bidvest Australia Ltd.

This acquisition marks the re-entry into seafood retailing in Sydney by the Poulos Family after an absence of 31 years.

Currently the Poulos Bros. Group is involved in :

  • Catching & Quota Holdings

  • Processing

  • Wholesaling

  • Exporting

  • Importing
and the acquisition of Peter's Fish Market complements the wholesaling operation by enabling the Group to showcase its products as well as those of its suppliers. The restaurant facilities will be used in conjunction with the retail operation to demonstrate both the variety and versatility of Australian seafood and its ease of preparation.
